Chatham, Massachusetts

Set along one of Chatham’s most beautiful stretches of coastline, our Morris Island project is a relaxed coastal retreat designed to feel collected, comfortable, and timeless. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Chatham’s southern shoreline, the home draws inspiration from its setting while steering away from anything overly coastal or expected.

Throughout the home, we layered warm natural materials, organic textures, soft patterns, and a quiet, earthy palette to create spaces that feel refined yet completely livable. 

Designed for both everyday family life and summers spent entertaining by the water, Morris Island is our interpretation of Cape Cod living—relaxed, layered, and rooted in its surroundings.
